1. Who we are
Lance Bell Handyman Services is a residential handyman business working in three Texas markets: College Station and Bryan in Brazos County, Georgetown and Sun City in Williamson County, and Weatherford in Parker County. This privacy policy applies to lancebellhandyman.com and to any communication channel we run (phone, text, email, social media).
2. What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you contact us or book a job:
- Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and street address (for the job site).
- Job details — descriptions of the work you want done, photos you send, and any additional context (zip code, neighborhood, scheduling preferences).
- Communications — the content of phone calls, texts, emails, and chat messages with us.
- Payment information — how you pay, who processes it and what reaches our own systems is not yet stated here. See the note above this list.
3. How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Reply to your inquiry and provide a written estimate.
- Schedule and complete the work you've hired us for.
- Send you reminders and follow-ups about the job (text and email).
- Answer follow-up questions about work we did.
- Improve our services and response times.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising or marketing to people other than you. You can opt out of our messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or unsubscribing from an email.
4. Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers we use to run the business. This list is not complete yet:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and communication platform. Stores your contact info, job history, and message threads.
- Netlify — hosts this website. Standard server logs only.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share information with law enforcement or regulators if legally required (subpoena, court order). We will tell you if this happens unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
5. How long we keep it
How long we keep records, and what triggers deletion, is not yet stated here.
6. Your rights
You can:
- Access a copy of the information we have about you. Email info@lancebellhs.com to ask for a copy.
- Correct incorrect information. Same email, we'll fix it.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of any optional communications. Reply STOP to a text or unsubscribe from email.
7. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising or analytics tracker. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers. The chat widget and the estimate form are not connected to this site yet; when they are, they will set the cookies they need to function and this section will be updated in the same change.
8. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will publish the revised version on this page.
