Our standard labor rate is $125 an hour. A half day of four hours is $460, which works out to $115 an hour, and a full day of eight hours is $840, which works out to $105 an hour. A few common jobs have a flat price instead. The pricing page carries the whole rate card.
Whichever fits the work. The jobs on our flat-rate menu are flat. Everything else is quoted against the hourly rate or booked as a half day or a full day, and the written estimate tells you which before you agree to it.

Yes. Half-day and full-day handyman service means you tell us your list and we work down it. One visit, one rate, and the longer the block the lower the hourly rate inside it.
We don't do electrical, plumbing or locksmith work. We work alongside licensed electricians and plumbers and bring the right one in when your job needs it. We also do not take on mold remediation, foundation or structural repair, or anything else that needs a specialty trade license. If your list crosses into one of those, we will say so rather than have a go at it.
Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, hardware, flooring and paint, yes. Plumbing and electrical are handled by licensed trade partners, not by us.
