These five are common enough that we quote them the same way every time. Everything else gets a written estimate against the rate card above.
Standard scope, standard price. Anything out of the ordinary gets quoted instead.
Mounted, levelled and secured to studs, with cables concealed in-wall.
Patched, taped, floated and textured to match what is already on the wall.
Hung, shimmed, trimmed and adjusted to close clean.
Fitted square to the opening, sealed, and swinging the way you want it.
Drive, walk, patio or siding washed down without stripping what is under it.
We don't do electrical, plumbing or locksmith work. We work alongside licensed electricians and plumbers and bring the right one in when your job needs it.
We also do not take on mold remediation, foundation or structural repair, or anything else that needs a specialty trade license. When your list has one of those on it, say so up front and we will tell you what we can do and what we cannot.
