What we handle

You buy the time. We bring the tools.

One visit, many small jobs. It is the cheapest way to clear a backlog of things that are each too small to be worth their own trip.

We don't take on the licensed trades — electrical, plumbing, locksmith, alarm and camera work — and we flag anything like that before the day so the block is not wasted.

We don't do electrical, plumbing or locksmith work. We work alongside licensed electricians and plumbers and bring the right one in when your job needs it.

What people ask about this work.

We work in your priority order precisely so the things that matter most are done first.
Then tell us what else you want looked at — most people find another few items once someone is there with a ladder. The block is a booked period of time, so the sensible thing is to use it.
No — we don't perform or advertise electrical, plumbing or locksmith work, because they're licensed trades in Texas. If items like that are on your list we flag them before the visit, so the block is spent on work we can legitimately do, and we can bring in a licensed trade partner where you need one.
For a list of small items, yes. The four-hour block works out at $115 an hour and the eight-hour block at $105 an hour, against $125 hourly. Batching also means one visit instead of several.
