Fifteen categories, listed in full. If it's on this page we do it; if it isn't, we'll tell you who does.
Every service is on this list. Anything not on it, we don't do — and we'll say so rather than learn on your house.
Holes, cracks, doorknob blowouts and water-stained ceilings, textured to match and painted back in. Published flat rate from $225.
Rooms, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, siding and fascia. Prep, prime and finish coats.
Interior, exterior and storm doors hung, shimmed and adjusted to close clean. Published flat rates.
TVs, shelves, mirrors and wall cabinets anchored into structure, with low-voltage cable concealed in-wall. Flat rate $190.
Baseboard, casing, crown, built-ins and shelving — plus the wood rot repair that finish work uncovers.
Pickets, rails and posts, gates that will not latch, soft deck boards, loose railings, stairs, cleaning and staining.
Laminate and vinyl plank laid, tile and grout repaired, damaged boards replaced, thresholds and trim finished.
Leaks traced to the entry point, flashing and shingles repaired, decking replaced, and full re-roofs.
Gutters cleared, resealed and re-pitched, downspouts redirected, siding sections, fascia and soffit repaired.
Driveways, patios, fences, decks and siding, at the pressure the surface can actually take. Flat rate $200.
Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, hardware, flooring and paint. Plumbing and electrical go to licensed trade partners.
Book four hours at $460 or eight at $840, hand over the list, and we work down it in your priority order.
One-off builds, move-in and move-out punch lists, rental turnovers, and work somebody else left half-finished.
Roofline, columns, porch railings, trees and shrubs. Hung with the clip that suits the surface, looked after through the season, then taken down and boxed in January.
Weatherstripping, door sweeps and thresholds, the garage-door seal, the attic hatch, and the exterior joints that opened over the summer. Closed before the first hard freeze.
The crew, a truck, a saw, a tool box, the shop. No job photography is on file yet, so what is here is the crew and the kit rather than finished rooms, and nothing on this page names a town, a customer or a date — none of that is recorded against the pictures. There are more of them on the gallery page.
We don't do electrical, plumbing or locksmith work. We work alongside licensed electricians and plumbers and bring the right one in when your job needs it.
Time is sold by the hour, the half day or the full day, and a handful of jobs carry a published flat rate. Everything else is quoted on a free written estimate before the work starts.
